I am working with Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) Open Source Edition since 2 months and installed on RHEL 5.2 and Ubuntu 8.04 .

Zimbra is a very good product and its community too.

You can easily customize & branding ZCS free edition. And can easily synchronize mail, contacts, and calendar items with open-source mail clients.
